Venipak started as a family business and has been in the delivery market for over 15 years now. From its first day, Venipak had to compete with delivery megabrands, usually founded by national postal companies. Through many failures and challenges, Venipak managed to become an international delivery service and simply outgrew its old brand. However, the image did not reflect the true scope of Venipak's capabilities and industry knowledge, so it was in need of a complete overhaul.

Insight
For Venipak, the final destination is the client’s client - the recipient -, so we needed to understand the expectations at the receiving point. After conducting interviews with clients, we discovered that delivery is the last part of the overall ordering experience. Late drop-offs, early pick-ups, and parcels arriving in poor condition—all of these issues fall on the shoulders of delivery companies and can sour the waiting experience for the customers. Therefore, it was crucial to recognize the significant responsibility that delivery services hold—not only do they need to protect their own reputation, but they must also safeguard that of their clients.
Positioning
We identified an opportunity for Venipak to evolve beyond a delivery service—it can be a valuable partner that represents your business. This is encapsulated in the statement, “On Behalf Of Your Business.” From parcel lockers to the Venipak Avia service, Venipak collaborates with clients by optimizing processes and advocating for their needs.
Result
Our design team andstudio gave a new boost to the already established logo of Venipak, which features the letter "V," taking into account the importance of recognizability and adaptability to change. The new visual identity needed to convey the company’s expertise in transforming good solutions into best practices and experiences. To illustrate this process of ‘shifting,’ a color trail and element repetition was incorporated into the design. This forward movement became a fundamental aspect of the new direction, set against a bold, simple visual language.
