Galio Group is one of the largest private and commercial real estate developers in the Baltic states. Having operated without a consumer-facing brand, the company approached us to develop a cohesive identity that would unify all their diverse projects. The challenge was to create a group brand that could adapt to various types of private and commercial real estate while establishing trust and credibility with clients.

We discovered that every space shapes the quality of our work, rest, leisure, and even our relationships. Recognizing that environments significantly influence life satisfaction and fulfillment, we realized that transforming these spaces represents a pivotal experience for individuals and businesses alike. This insight led us to focus on the positive new chapters that people and companies embark upon when they embrace change in their environments. 

Positioning

We positioned the Galio Group brand around the principle of looking forward, emphasizing that the spaces we choose hold long-term value that transcends immediate improvements in our living and working environments. The brand was crafted for those who look forward, bridging the emotional aspects of change with the pragmatic realities of real estate investment—such as long-term value, build quality, effectiveness, and location. This strategy reassures potential clients that they are making informed decisions that will benefit them for years to come. 

Outcome

From our collaborative efforts, the new name Galio was born, inspired by the guiding question: if you look forward, what is the furthest point you see? Drawing inspiration from Galileo, the inventor of the telescope, we established an easily recognizable international brand that embodies forward-looking development. The visual identity designed by our team reflects the horizon—the farthest point we can see in nature—symbolizing Galio's long-term impact as a developer of buildings. Horizontal lines are incorporated throughout the design to represent both the horizon and the company’s influence over time. Additionally, we developed a unique font featuring a horizontal divider, enabling Galio to consistently brand its new real estate projects. This cohesive approach has not only earned recognition and trust from clients but has also streamlined efficiencies for launching new projects.
