About the project
Sauna Radio is a collaboration between Synthesis and andstudio, hosted in our very own office sauna. The project features two programs: Hot Topics, where guests dive into emerging trends and ideas shaping industries, and Sweaty Music, a curated selection of tracks that speak for themselves.

The idea for Sauna Radio sparked spontaneously when the team realized their unused sauna could be reimagined as a creative hub. Armed with podcast equipment and some DJ skills, the project quickly came to life. While the first episodes were in Lithuanian, the latest episode with Alex Center marks the start of our English-language series, opening Sauna Radio to an international audience.

Our goal is simple: to create a space for authentic conversations and music without pretense.
