About the project
Sauna Radio is a collaboration between Synthesis and andstudio, hosted in our actual office sauna. The project features two programs: Hot Topics, where guests discuss emerging trends and ideas shaping industries, and Sweaty Music, a curated selection of music independent of the discussions.

The idea for Sauna Radio came spontaneously when the team realized their unused sauna could be repurposed for a creative radio station. With podcast equipment and some DJ skills, the project quickly became a reality. While the initial podcasts were in Lithuanian, the latest episode with Alex Center marks the start of the English podcast series, expanding Sauna Radio’s reach to an international audience.
The goal is simple: to create a space for authentic conversations and music without pretense. Sauna Radio offers a fresh take on content creation, proving that even an office sauna can become a platform for creative expression and meaningful conversation.
